What are the friendliest cities in the world? And where will you find the least friendly locals? TripAdvisor’s World City Survey ranks the best and worst cities on the globe.
If you’re looking for a friendly place to visit in 2013, head to Tokyo. The Japanese city has been voted to have some of the friendliest locals and taxi drivers, and cleanest and safest streets in the world.
