If you’re looking for a friendly place to visit in 2013, head to Tokyo. The Japanese city has been voted to have some of the friendliest locals and taxi drivers, and cleanest and safest streets in the world.

Other top-ranked cities include Lisbon, Singapore and Zurich. Meanwhile, the cities that ranked among the least friendly included Moscow, Mumbai, Beijing and Marrakech.
